I have always been a little chunky but in the last two years, I have ballooned up to 214lbs. I am 5'5" and 28 years old. Three months ago I saw a recent picture of myself and couldnt believe how big I had gotten. So I began to watch what I ate and worked out everyday. Now I feel SO much better, more energetic, and I've lost more than 20lbs. I want to lose about 30 more before I stop!
The only thing is, I'm losing my butt! Ive always had a shapely butt and have always been admired for it and...I LUV my butt! But yesterday I looked in the mirror and it is noticeably smaller.
I dont want to lose it but I DO want to lose much more weight! What exercise regimen would help me keep my butt? Is there one? HELP!!
