Add vegetables to your diet - a variety will be most helpful. Pick a different color each day so as to maximize the number of nutrients you're getting. I'd also check the number of calories you're taking in, to make sure it's enough to power your workouts.

The diet looks good, I was going to comment about the veg but you already brought those up. The sources of food looks good, but it can be hard to tell with the calories because that can vary with portion size.
Watch the sugars and other highly process carbs that can be hidden in things like soft drinks, and keep up a good mix of cardio and strength training and it shouldn't be a problem for you to hit your goal.
If your body agrees with it, take the whey pre-work out otherwise a post work out whey shake will be good for rebuilding after exercise.

Do you know how many calories you're taking in? Try going to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and entering what you eat every day. I say that because I think your diet looks odd but I can't put my finger on what's missing. Maybe it's just that the diet looks low on calories.
I think you're relying on whey too much for your protein source, why not just eat more? That much whey might give you the s**ts

Yeah, now that you bring it up CCR, 3 scoops does sound a bit excessive, good point.
