Question Kind of in a weird state of body form..

Alright well im sitting at 158lbs and i'm 6'1. The prob is i still have some man boobs and some fat over my abs. My doc told me if i lose anymore weight then i'll be "under wight". So what should i do, should i keep working out 4 days a week with 2-3 days of cardio and stay on my 2000c a day diet (I was on a 1500c diet a few weeks ago). or (i hate to say it, cuz i really don't want too) should i Bulk then cut? I still want to lose my man boobs and want my 6 pack but i cant lose anymore weight (according to my doc) so i'm a little confused..

i can give some of my Nutrition logs (my diet) if needed.

sounds like you need to start doing a lot of weights.

Do some weights, add a few pounds of muscle and you will have room to loose more fat.

Sounds like you dieted and performed only cardio...

This is what happens to people when they lose weight without maintaining muscle through weight training. They remain at high bodyfat but less weight.

11:20 -- 240 , 17 , 12.5 , 11

11:30 -- 110 , 2 , 2 , 23

1:30 -- 210 , 14 , 6 , 12

1:50 -- 110 , 2 , 2 , 23

4:15 -- 230 , 2 , 23 , 34

4:40(milk) -- 80 , 11 , 8

6:10 -- 315 , 10.5 , 39 , 12.5

6:20 -- 110 , 2 , 2 , 23

8:15 -- 384 , 6 , 26 , 58

10:30 -- 60 , 3 , 3 , 5

2029 , 63 , 159 , 227
