Wink Loose your Weight

Watch your Diet very carefully. watch what you are taking. Don't take oily or spicy food and avoid junks. A food rich in protein with proper balance of carbohydrates and fibers are ideal ... Try to drink as much water as possible...More water intake would flush out your metabolic waste products from your system and ensure your body maintains proper balance....Less Metabolic wastes in your body means that they would not inhibit the enzymatic reactions that occur within your body and thus help your metabolism go at its full power.

Also don't consume more at one go and make it a habit to take many meals....What happens is if you don't consume more at one go then mostly all your calories are going to be burnt and chances of unburnt calories which increase your weight and lead to complications are reduced.....

Thank you, kind sir, for pointing out problems with my English. I always appreciate it when the person giving me advice does not even know that a sentence ends with a full stop. I would love to know the name of the school you studied at, which teaches it's students to advise others to maintain proper English but does not teach them how to end a "one line statement".

Lol, a single sentence on an internet forum doesn't require such formal practices. However making sentences like 'watch what you are taking.' is pointless as it has no meaning.

A little tip for you; if you don't want to p*ss people off, don't attach links on the sticky threads. I think all your links have now been removed.

I'm doing pretty well thanks, trying to recover from a tough session yesterday. My back & butt are sore and I had a huge callus that got ripped off, it's weird though that if a callus gets torn off the fresh skin underneath goes rock hard and yellow in a matter of hours. The human body is a weird and amazing thing.

That's my odd thought for the day

I like your thought of the day, it sort of brings integrity to this thread. (and I run to the "Out of context Thread", to bring you out of a depressing, thread......LOL)

Sigh. If you're going to spam, at least put some effort into it. That was totally uninspired and, well, not very good. 'Avoid junks'? Noted. But you can't keep me away from spicy food. I won't let you or your spamming friends.

One tumble that made me grumble was when I fumbled and bumbled which caused me to crumble a report on John Trumbull. Though, the more I stumble, the more it keeps me humble.

Spicy foods do not make you gain weight. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Spicy foods actually boost your metabolism. Being a "spicy" pumpkin, I should know. My spicy side is actually quite insulted right now. You better not attack pumpkins next!
