| | | losing the belly fat i know this gets old but im one of those people who has stubborn belly fat but fat nowhere else. Ive been cutting for a while and thanks to all of your advice its workin slowly but surely. I was at college for summer classes but went home for a few weeks, my parents eat like crap so unfortunately i didnt do is good as I should have, nothing real bad just regular pasta with meat sauce and hamburgers (lean though) and grilled chicken stuff like that and then lowfat icecream for desert a couple of days. I have a gym at home so I stayed up on that part and might have even gotten more excercise actually. anyway my point is that although i didnt gain any weight i noticed bad visual results only in my stomach. So I guess what im asking is the cut diet im on now suppose to be permanent cuz i seem to gain the belly fat back quickly not goin past mantenance but w/o being strict. is it one of those things you hav to make a choice about cuz if i had to eat what im eating now for the rest of my life it doesnt seem worth it!!!Any advice is welcomed and thanks in advance

| | | Getting rid of belly fat is mostly about diet. Things like ice cream (even low-fat varieties) don't seem to figure in, unless as a once a week cheat. |

If you had them once a week, it's only 220 calories. No sweat. But if you had them every day, that'd be 1540 calories, which would be just under a half pound surplus you'd have to work to take off. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
