love handels..

hey guys since February i decided to enroll in a gym close to my house.im very dedicated to and full of pation now for workout and nutrition!im the type to start something and never let go..all the way!lol

so now i have a tone of exercises i do.

in the morning i go to the gym for 7am to 8am

30 cardio and sometimes 45 workout.after i have my good shake and go to work with the shake im good in till 12.

so my worst nightmare now is my stomach and those nasty love handles...!

i have workouts just for that but i know nutrition is a factor...

so i looked all over for a good diet a working in a real life diet..lol

cause some you need to eat 5 times a day small meals..but no time for that!lol

i seen discussion of NROL fat loss program 2?i have goggled it put nothing that describes it very good?or even 10/3...

i know this forum is full of experienced workout people,can somebody guide me in my mission ?

i even recently found alot of video's on youTube for 300 workout..man i did 2 days and it felt like a week of intense gym..

One day, sit and spend an hour on planning. Then cook or buy good food for 5 days aprox. While you are cooking, plan to take 3 small portion meal each day, and two small snacks in between to be eaten 2hrs after last meal. Research about complex carbs, those are the good ones. Limit yourself to very small fruit and only during the morning.

First meal is the one with most of the carbs. The last meal of the day is like vegetable, with no dressing or anything that makes it too complex for digesting.

The key is to eat less than you burn in each day. To reduce your food intake as the day goes on, so last meal is very small. Good snacks are like an apple, some nuts, some vegetables.

wow thx for the reply's!

yap all in the nutrition..

cause now i do mornings in the gym 30 cardio and 30 weights and at night 45 min to an hour of just exercises that i found and dvd's that i have..

im burnt!lol but loving it!

now i will strt a challenge diet.21 days intense!
