| | | Lower back pain from lots of trampoline? i usually do 3-4 hours of trampoline a day, sometimes less, and now my lower back is starting to get sore, like it hurts a lil to bend over, how long would this take to recover? should i keep going on the trampoline? or should i calm it down a little bit.
16 years old.
thanks. |

| | | is it a muscle soreness or an actual pain? If it's a muscle soreness, I'd say you'd be fine whenever it feels better, your workin your glutes pretty good on a trampoline |

| | | id say soreness
last weekend i spent 3 hours and a 2mile run in one day, my legs, quads and glutes were all pretty sore for around 3-5 days, cause i took a break from lifting for about 3 months, then started doing a lot of cardio 2 months after that to get cut and lean.
but to add, should i keep going on the trampoline, or take a break? |

| | | To flush out his/hers lymphatic system?
I seriously racked my brain to come up for a logical reason someone would spend 4 hours on a trampoline. And thats the only thing i could come up with...Even that wouldn't take FOUR hours...And running would be far better for that anyway... |

| | | If I still had a trampoline I'd be on it for a LONG time each day, I LOVE trampolines. My friends and I used to spend all day on my old one, it was a blast. |

| | | It's either muscle strain, ligamentous strain, nerve compression, spondylolysis, nucleus propulsis herniation, or probably another 100 possible things that could have gone wrong from jumping up and down for 4 hours...there's no way to tell.
Personally, I would have puked after 10 minutes... | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
