hey All,

i am 15 years old, 5"10, and not fit...I weigh 200lbs..

i Have had Man Boobs for the longest time...like 5 or 6 years. i have went to the docter before and they said that it is common for adolesence to go through this, and it'll go away in a few years..IT NEVER, I am getting so upset because it is so annoying.. I didn't go swimming at all this summer. i am always wearing over shirts.. and always tugging at my shirt. I don't know if it is just fat or Breast tissue. I read alot of posts like this but none of them mentioned what to do if it is breast tissue..is there pills I can take that will remove them, etc. Please help...My self esteem is extremly low..and I am extreamly self concious. Pleaese respond..I was also thinking of working out and going to the local GYM, but through other info sites they recommend I don't beacuse it will cause it to enlarge and become more obvious..PLEASE REPLY. I want to Avoid Surgery!!
