I know what you mean about belly flab! I am a mom of three, and it has been really difficult to get rid of mine as well. I have found for me what is helping, I do 100 jack knives a day. (like a crunch, but you also bring your legs up to form a V shape) I do this with 2lb ankle weights, and 2 lb wrist weights, to give it more of a challange. I am starting to feel a 6 pack under my still layers of flab. But I have already lost about 4 inches around my hips/waist area. Best of luck to you!
