my new training session

hi, i am a bit fat and i am working hard to loose some weight and be skinny again, i have started some new training programm for me which i hope will last long and at the end i will be skinny, i will write my weekly progress here, the message will be edited, before i started i took some readings to be sure that the training is taking affect.:
here's the stats:
started on 6th November 2006, so this is before the training:

6th November 2006,
Weight (KG) : 70.2 KG, 16.8% Bodyfat, 23.5 BMI(Body mass Index), 1846 Kcal.

Quote:
first update:
1 week's training:
12th of november 2006:
weight: 66.0 kg, bodyfat %: 15.1, BMI: 22.1, 1792 kcal

so these are the stats for the first week of my training. i got a few hold backs, in the last 2 days of the first week, training got a bit lighter and food had to be eaten and on the last day i couldn't train because of a problem, so this is in short 6 days stats. i am quite hapyy with the progress and today we had some people over for dinner, and i enjoyed myself, this is what i wanted, not to worry about my weight, anyway, i want to be in the range of 50-53 kg, not 10 kg, so my training may only last about 4 or 5 weeks. and i am 16 years of age. wait for the next update.

leave ur views on this please

this is the stats until now, so the next update will be on the 13th or the 14th of November 2006. So wish me luck, and i have reduced my eating a lot, so i am training harder and eating less, bye and please leave your views on it. thanks
