I'm 23, 6'4 220lb about 18% bf. Im looking for people's opinion on what is the best way for me to loose 20lb. My goal is to loose close to 20lb, and then look at bulking.
At the moment im doing HIIT and compound weights on alternate days with one rest day per week.
I have been browsing around and some people respond to situations similar to mine by saying that 130-150bpm cardio for about an hour per day is the key, with no mention of weights. Others mention a combination of HIIT and weights as I am doing right now. What do you guys think.
