for abs to show, muscle.
I do run , im going to do it more now with some weights-hit the punchbag a few times.
I just need to know what I can do to really work on it so abs can start to show through and the muscles on my arms a bit etc.
I recently used the last bits of my money that I could use on
Pure Whey Protein Supplement in Chocolate or Vanilla or Strawberry or Banana flavour.
was told to get it by alot of people
So yerstaday I done some weights, went on a run then had it mixed with water, would it be better with milk? I heard 2 glasses of it a day of some people 1 a day of some other people.
So basically what exercise could I do that will garantee me to see results-I dont know what my eating is like really I have 1 proper meal a day and its whatever my mum has done me.
I dont get all these long words either

like carbs etc-i just eat what my mum gives me most of the time so just any exercise.
Was thinking of doing this while running sometimes-brown thing is a log but it might just be me being stupid ?
