need to lose some-fat-around stomach
for abs to show, muscle.
I do run , im going to do it more now with some weights-hit the punchbag a few times.
I just need to know what I can do to really work on it so abs can start to show through and the muscles on my arms a bit etc.
I recently used the last bits of my money that I could use on Pure Whey Protein Supplement in Chocolate or Vanilla or Strawberry or Banana flavour.
was told to get it by alot of people
So yerstaday I done some weights, went on a run then had it mixed with water, would it be better with milk? I heard 2 glasses of it a day of some people 1 a day of some other people.
So basically what exercise could I do that will garantee me to see results-I dont know what my eating is like really I have 1 proper meal a day and its whatever my mum has done me.
I dont get all these long words either like carbs etc-i just eat what my mum gives me most of the time so just any exercise.
Was thinking of doing this while running sometimes-brown thing is a log but it might just be me being stupid ?
sorry if it looks rushed-im about to go to sleep finally hopefully-thanks for reading

You can't spot reduce fat. You lose fat in layers throughout your body. To have defined abs you'll need to drop your body fat down to an extremely low level.

Bingo. For guys, abs are all about body fat - if you're not pushing down towards single digit BF%, you can flat out forget the six pack. The belly fat is pretty much the last to go for us guys, so that's just the way it is.

Jumping exercises are good to get rid of stomach fat - squat jumps, box jumps, lunge jumps, and broad jumps are some of the best ways to incorporate explosive jumping exercises into your routines. The explosive and powerful nature of jumping exercises works your leg muscles in an entirely different way than most normal slow grinding strength training moves. I've even seen a university study cited once that found squat jumps to elicit the greatest testosterone response of all exercises studied.

"Jumping exercises" are at best just as good as anything else, and at worse, a fairly sizable waste of time.
To be frank, lifting is one of the fastest routes to healthy weight loss, but it all depends on how much you are dedicated. Do you think you could devote yourself to going to the gym two or three times a week? If not, there are certainly other ways to loose weight as well. Running is a good start, and changing up your diet will go a long way to a leaner body.

You should eat several meals a day, instead of one big meal. That will help you lower your body fat.
Also eat more protein and fiber. It's the two most important foods you can eat, not just to get abs. But for health in general.
You run, but what type of running are you doing? If you want to burn fat, don't waste your time with low intensity exercises.
