Orange Juice

I have trying to keep count of my calories and get to a point where I am losing fat, but have had many problems. It is very hard for me to get to 2000+ calories a day on healthy food, I eat a big breakfast, a couple of shakes and snacks throughout the day, but I never am able to keep it consistant.

Im trying to have a big breakfast each day, so I have been eating lots of eggs (5whites 2yolks), either oatmeal or 2 pieces of toast, and usually a small piece of fruit. Would it be ok to use a cup or 2 of orange juice in here to make up the additional calories I cannot ever seem to get in.

Throughout my day I do not have time to eat huge meals, especially at work or school. I am starting to make homemade protien bars to fill some of the gaps, and i was plannning on getting some tuna (but need to find a recipe to make it taste less god aweful).

Anyone have any suggestions on my situation?

By the way, the orange juice i drink is "Pure" and does not have any added sugar, nor is it made from concentrate. It is "freshly squeezed" according to the label.

Its Tropicana orange juice, but the reason i perfer juice to an actual orange, is the time difference. I dont have an hour to prepare and eat each meal.

Currently I have been eating similarily to the following:

Meal 1: Eggs (5white 2 yolks), oatmeal,

Meal 2: peanuts and a protien shake

Meal 3: Lean Meat (usually left overs like chicken or steak) with rice

Meal 4: Lean Meat (different from meal 3) and some sort of carb (potatoes or some amount of mixed veggies)

Meal 5: Cottage Cheese w/ non-fat strawberry yogurt (2/3 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 cup yogurt)

If anyone has any good recipes or ways to prepare canned tuna or canned chicken, i'd be more than ope to suggestions to eliminate my shake + add some proper nutrition to other meals.

Practice. I used to almost throw up when I was bulking on 2 cups of cooked oatmeal and 30g of protein from eggs until I got used to it.

OJ has almost as much sugar as a can of soda per the same fluid ounce serving. only difference is the OJ is fructose and the soda is highly processed fructose.

I love a glass of juice with breakfast... I love OJ... but to switch it up... I'll get blueberry juice. It isn't as high in sugar... and it is a good antioxidant source...
