Thanks for the replys everyone. In reference to Billy Gibbons, perhaps it could have something to do with the amount of weight you are trying to lose? Seeing results right away, especially if you're looking to see dramatic results, when you're carrying a lot of excess weight, can be frustrating. Two years ago I weighed in roughly around 270 lbs, and I'm 5'9. I lost nearly all of that weight following the abs diet, and doing crazy amounts of
HIIT. Perhaps you're correct, and something like I followed, would be a better direction for you. I did also spend a lot of time on weights, and core training. Good luck, whatever direction you decide to go.
