Here are some pics of me and you can clearly see why i want to cut body fat. I used to be heavier about 6 years ago and seem to still have excess. I want to lose b/f, but not get my arms any smaller...(which i now really isn't possible) So, i'm incorporating a weight lifting plan along with cardio. 3 days a week lifting and HIIT cardio 2-3 times a week. I follow the anabolic diet under 20g of carbs a day and consume about 1800 calories a day...
I think if he cuts he will look kind of skinny. It depends on what OP wants to look like. If he wants to add mass i would wait and cut after adding another 10 pounds, but thats just me.

OldSpice I want to share something with you:
When I started I was "about" 190 pounds (an old fat ass, with man boobs). When I finished (the first time) I was 152/154 pounds (last picture in my gallery).
I ran rotating calorie deficits most of the time, trained friggen hard, and let time work (to put this simply). I wasn't a person with rippling muscles, but I was cut, lean, and had healthy muscle development.
My point?
Is this.
Get your diet started according to you goal. In what YOU want, not what someone else wants for you.
Rip the friggen weights up.
Muscle development will come as it has a reason to keep it/build it.
And then give it time.
Now, what can I do to provide you with information you need?
I must be about 15% body fat in my opinion...All in lower abdominal. For some reason on my sides where it looks like i could potentially have love handles, it's bone. It's hard, which is awkward...
My goals are not to get bigger, because i need to be in good running shape for the Navy. Honestly, i just want to have a good cut, lean look. My back isn't bad, but i hate my front and do think i'm fat/pudgy regardless of what anyone says...(15% bodyfat is not thin to me...) I'm looking for a lean look similar to this photo.
