Post workout drink

Do you continue to put carbs in your post workout drink when you are trying to cut fat and weight?

Thanks

Personally, I just take Whey protein as my PWO shake when I am doing weight loss phase. I try to cut as much carb as possible.

Not eating carbs after a workout is a HUGE MISTAKE.

You need carbs after a workout regardless of whether you're trying to add mass or cut fat. Its absolutely necessary to feed your body so it can recover.

What wesrman said is right. For optimal protein absorption you must combine your protein with carbs following your workout and this shouldnt get in the way of your weight loss goals.

Thanks guys, i did put them back in, but it was because my body was calling for it. I skipped the maltodexterine for a few days and my workouts were suffering, i put it back and i feel much better.

I read the articles, but do you use a PWD with carbs after cardio workout too or just after weight training?
