| | | What wesrman said is right. For optimal protein absorption you must combine your protein with carbs following your workout and this shouldnt get in the way of your weight loss goals. |

| | | Thanks guys, i did put them back in, but it was because my body was calling for it. I skipped the maltodexterine for a few days and my workouts were suffering, i put it back and i feel much better. |
