| | | Quick Weightloss I would like to loose a good amount of weight somewhat quickly, by June 16, basically about 2 months. Dont worry, I plan to keep working out after that, but Im just wondering if you have any ideas of how I could push to loose a bunch of fat before than. I have about 2 hours a day, 5 times a week doing cycling, crunches, and push ups. Anyone have any ideas of how to divide that up to loose the most weight? Any ideas on nutrition or supplements welcome too, as long as they are not too extreme or unhealthy in the longrun. Thanks for your help. |

i'm not guaranteeing anything though, I'm not an expert! and the majority of people agree that quick diet plans pretty much have you gain back the weight in the end. It worked for me, but it doesn't mean it'll work for you. Good luck.

| | | Crunches will not help you lose weight, so if weight loss is your goal, you'd be better off spending that time on another exercise.
I doubt they'll help with a visible six pack either, since that is dependent on having very low body fat. Basic rules:
1. Don't starve yourself. It's an easy trap to fall into, but it'll make your body want to store everything you eat and ultimately will never work.
2. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, rather than 1-3 large ones
3. Try a combination of weight training - trying to work your entire body - and cardio.
Then, obviously, watch what you eat. Sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white, processed flour, etc.
Best of luck.

| | | What's worked for me is a full body strength routine 3x a week, and cardio 4x a week (at least). A clean, healthy diet, with a weekly cheat helps to fuel the workouts and leaves a little leeway for fun. |
