Rope Jumping or skipping for cardio workout

hi Everyone,

Can anyone please help me out.......

How many calories does 3000 skips a day burn? ?
I actually skip a 100 times then take a 30 sec break and again
100 and go on like this for about 30 times. So that in this way i
can't lose count and don't get tired easily because i can't do it
continuously.

Thanks in advance for ur help

With Regards
Deepthi

If you don't get tired then you aren't working out very hard. Just skip for 30 minutes non stop. Or skip for 5 minutes fast then rest then 5 minute fast then rest, etc. 100 skips is a very small amount to stop after. Go for time, heart rate, and sweat pouring down your face; don't go for # of skips.

either way, you'd have to time yourself (minus the breaks) and find one of those --how many calories does ___ burn? charts and make sure it's sensitive to weight.

That's right. It will depends on the person, you can try both of those exercise for about 10 minutes and count your time and calories. Therefore, you can choose what is best for you
