Up to date pictures of me. I'm 5'9" 209lbs. According to that fat scanner thing I'm 27% body fat. I'm trying to lose fat but retain muscle. Now I exercised at Bally's every morning for 2 weeks being soaked in sweat and fighting for breathe doing cardio and weight training alternatively. Now today, I'm rethinking my strategy of how to approach my weight loss. I was eating only 1900 calories for 2 weeks until I realized how much of a deficit I'm in. I burn about 400 calories at the gym so I'm unsure if I should
diet or eat the amount it takes to maintain my body weight and just work it off.
