| | | Started a diet :) Heya
I've just started this Monday. I decreased my normal consumption of food and started drinking a 2l bottle per day. Basically at school I'm eating wholemeal bread, oo and a normal bowl of cereal in the morning. The wholemeal bread has caper sauce, sliced chicken and a slice of cheese. at about 4 I eat my normal dinner mainly pasta, chicken and vegetables nothing fried. After 7 I maybe eat a peach and about 4 grapes.
At 5 I start doing some training. I go jogging at a local track course, I take it easy since I'm like really fat atm and I cannot stand for alot of jogging. I do about 20 sit ups between jogs and then I walk home. at home I do about 20 mins of cycling and some push ups and sit ups. after the training I take a shower and eat some fruit.
Am I doing something wrong or can I improve? Any advice would be most welcome. BTW I'm trying to lose my large man boobs as they are effecting my life alot :/
Any feedback would be appreciated |

| | Congrats to your your diet changes :) What a great thing to make some healthy changes in your diet to help you to lose weight! I am a personal wellness coach and I lost 35lbs in 3 months myself- 3 years ago. It is absolutely the best thing I have ever done for my health and I feel great.
Cutting back on portions is key and drinking plenty of water is essential. I recommend working your way up to half your body weight in ounces of water/day. Another key for me was getting more lean protein into each day. Making sure I had some protein in each meal and snack made a big difference. After trying many other ways for 8 years, I found the way that worked was to replace 2 meals a day with a delicious nutritional shake. My dad told me about Herbalife and sent me some- I was very skeptical, but it tasted great and I lost the weight. I also cut way back on carbs like pasta, breads, cereals, potatoes,corn,peas...
Keep up the great work! |

I don't eat red meat don't ask why because it's a very funny yet long story. Can you suggest good protein food or drinks that I can take because I don't know much |

| | | Another thing is to focus on nutrient rich food. Obviously calories count but if what your intake is nutrient poor, you're not doing yourself any favors. |

| | | well at school I'm eating rye bread with chicken. For dinner I normally eat something normal like a pasta, chicken etc. But sometimes I eat steamed / grilled / boiled vegetables. Like potatoes, zucchini, carrots, peppers (any colour) and more. For snacks I sometimes open some tuna and eat it with crackers. |

| | | With regard to the pasta, is it whole wheat or white? There are often little changes you can make that add nutrients. |
