| | | stomach fat Hi,
Can someone tell me the right thing to do in order to lose fat from the stomach and thighs? Does walking/running for 30 mins a day help?
Sit ups don't work right, since they appear to give u abs but the fat stays there. What else are u meant to do? What are u meant to eat/not eat?
Sorry, I'm abit clueless on exercising coz i've always been skinny but my stomach has been packing on the weight for the past 2 years and it looks horrible at the moment.
I've done abit of research and I know u need to lose overall weight to lose fat... and the stomach is usually the last place that u lose weight.
PLEASE HELP. |

| | to lose fat you have to burn more calories than you consume so your nutrition has to be in order. base your meals off this list http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stella9.htm
have small meals about 3 hours apart from each other. the act of eating and digesting increases your metabolism and burns calories. what you dont want to do is not eat, then you'll lose lean muscle and keep the fat and throw your metabolism out of whack.
walking/running for 30 minutes a day can help so does high intensity training for 10 minutes a day. weight training can help too. the key is to keep active. if you dont care for situps, look up planks and side planks. good exercises with less movements involved. |

If you don't have a clean diet, all the exercise in the world isn't going to help your stomach look good. |

| | | lots and lots of cardio like running, biking, skipping rope, swimming etc... that will make you loose the fat then you can do tons of ab work outs like sit ups and planks to get firm abs |
