I'm 16, 160 pounds, and need to lose weight mainly in two areas, my chest and my thighs. My thighs are kinda fat and I have a little bit of fat on my chest that I wouldn't mind getting off. I want to be lean and slim, while also building a bit of muscle of course. So please, suggest me a workout routine. My equipment:
• Bowflex Treadclimber (with or without climb)
• (2) 15 Pound Free Weights
• Jump Rope
• Bare-hands
I know it's not much. Last term in school when I had weight training, I was doing 25 pounds on the free weights but I don't have a pair of 25's of my own. So please, suggest a workout routine for me to get the results I need from my equipment. I plan to do the routine every night, so please state the amount of time for each, etc.
