Trying to lose some weight this week
My name is Joseph Tucker and I am an 18 year old high school student. I am 5'10" and I weight 204 pounds...and I have barely any muscle tone. I have given myself a challenge to lose as much weight as I can in 9 days, that way when I go back to school I will be leaner and will be able to fit into the clothes that are littering the back of my closet. I need the following questions answered (if possible):
1. How much weight is possible for me to lose in 9 days?
2. What do I have to do to lose the most weight I can in those 9 days.
3. How do I keep the weight off so that I don't have to do this all over again.
If someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it! If you can help, please post your advice! Thanks!!!

Well my friend, I wouldn't expect anything major in just 9 days - most people looking to shed fat will hope for 1-2lbs a week as a steady weight reduction.
However, if you're currently not exercising at all, and currently eating crappy, then you might lose 5-6lbs in the next 9 days if you change your diet drastically, as well as taking 30 minutes Cardio every day, and lift heavy weights 3-4 times before you go back.

If you diet is crap, and you dont hit the gym, then dont expect to lose too much as said above. Most of it will be water weight, and you will gain it back. Losing weight in not just a 9 days process....rather you need to put in dedication and have commitment. Dont expect a 9 day transformation because you will look the same.

Thanks you guys. That makes sense. I am not just looking for a quick fix, I'm trying to fix it and keep it off, but I need to make a least some change before I go back.
