Weight loss, full body work out

Well where to start... I'm 19 years old, and would like to lose weight. I'm about 5'10" and weigh 210 pounds.

I started going to collage about 2 years ago. The deprivation of physical activity lead to a massive increase in weight . So I decided that I need to lose weight so 2 to 3 months ago I started with my "lose weight initiative" and lost about 30 pounds till now. But now I also want to get fit (as well as lose another 30-40 pounds ).

But there's a catch. All that I’ve been doing till now was jog with my dog (poor dog :roll eyes. Now a decided that i would like to get fit so I started working out with dumbbells, doing some exercises that I found on the web. And while working out, it hit me... What if I’m not giving the same amount of attention to all the muscle groups?

I've been doing these exercises: Dumbbell Exercises Complete with Animated Diagrams

While these exercises do address all the major muscle groups I don't know how much of each excersis should i do! I'm afraid that in the end i would have a few really developed muscles and other ones that would be barely visible and that it would just look strange . So I need some advice on this, apart from this I eat lot's of carbs, which i think is ok-ish, but i need some advice on this to.

Thanx!!
