| | | Weight Loss Going Grate, But I Have One Concern Ok I started at 190 and now about 4 months later after beeing stuck at 181 for a month I am at 178, So the weight loss is going grate I have been eating healthy and doing alot of running and cycleing, ontop of my Boxing/Muay Thai training. The only thing Im concerned of Is my chest, I have man boobs or moobs what ever you want to call them. I dont know if its genetic because all the men in my family are like that. Well anyhow is there a work out I can do? or anything I can do, to tighten up my chest? I dont go to the gym and I really have no equipment a few dumbells thats it. But I would really like to tighten up my chest. |

| | | When you loose weight by doing cardio you loose muscle and fat. Your goal should not be to loose weight. Your goal should be to loose fat. To do that you must do some sort of resistance exercise to retain muscle, then the majority of your weight loss will be fat.
