Slowly but surely. One pound a week is what you should be losing - however, I have been working out quite hard at the gym five days a week, and I cut out junk food and limited my bread intake to two slices of whole wheat a day, and I have lost more than a pound a week.
I think it really depends what your previous lifestyle was.
You can safely lose a little more than the pound a day, just by changing your eating habbit / lifestyle. I am down 20 pounds since June 1st, and have not lost any muscle ( i have actually built a little ). I am down two PANT sizes. |
