whats your BF%? weight, height. this does happen, generally just keep doing what you've been doing and you should see results, just slower progress.

Eat over your calorie deflict for a day, some people do that or up the cardio for a few days. But like phaledax said its pretty normal you can just stay the course one week is not very long.

You need to use what is called progressive overload. This is uping the intensity everytime you reach a plateau. Its the law of diminishing returns the more you do the slower the progress becomes.

Up the anti and the pounds will just melt away!

Oh and keep the same meal plan

You have done something effective and your body has adapted. Now do something else, ultil your body adapts to that. If you have been running, try swimming or biking. if you have been doing single long 20 minute workout try breaking it up into 5 mini workouts and make it more anaerobic With little one minute breaks and then a whole lot of intensity. Or whatever it is that your body is not used to right now.

Now, are you certain, by the way, that that last 5 pounds really needs to come off? 120 is awefully light. What are you -like three feet tall? I would be more worried about filling out your Tiny body with some muscle. Not like a grotesque amount but enough to look good. The boney look is kinda sickly looking. You are not starving yourself are you? That will just plain make you look nasty. Besides, muscle does wonders for your metabolism.

After reading that ana thread I got to say that if you are eating 3x a day and you feel deep down in your heart that those last five need to come off, than you go girl. Alternate your routine. If you only do cardio with legs do something for your arms, if you use the round system do weights between rounds. Feel good.

The key here is diet, you guys should all know this.....3 meals a day? Make it 5 smaller meals equally spaced throughout the day. Also post what your 3 meals are, I'm willing to bet they could be improved. I'm not saying a change-up in cardio isn't also needed but your handicapping yourself at 3 meals a day ESPECIALLY when targeting the last bit of fat which can be a real pain in the ass.

my meals consist of white meat only -fish-tuna, cod, salmon and chicken. i eat veggies and fruit and wholegrain food like wholewheat bread and pasta anad ceral. and drink semi-skimmed milk, the only thing that i sometimes sneak into my diet is ice cream and cappuccinos.

Well, karl 78 is right about splitting up the diet. For the last five pounds you will probably want to cut carbs to below 50g a day so cut out the cerial, fruit, pasta, bread and limit the milk. Splitting the diet takes discipline especially for cutting because you probably eat less than 1400 calories a day a meal for you will probably be a half can of tuna and a carrot or three egg whites and a bit of broccoli or something like that. It gets to be a real pain in the ass real quick but as it becomes routine you wonder how three meals ever did it for you

If you must eat bread, try for whole "grain" instead of whole wheat. And stay hydrated. check the color of your urine often to make sure that it is clear or light yellow and not thick or dark. For you a half gallon a day should be a healthy minimum.

Yea you may want to cut carbs per Mr Ninja also you may have to completely cut out (at least for a while) all sugar and alcohol (I'm not sure if you drink or not) which means no ice cream and cappacinos. What kind of cardio are you doing now? And you are weight training.......right?

Have you tried using hypnosis to break the plateau? The Smart Slim hypnosis from http://www.leafturn.com/ is absolutely fantastic!
