| | | What burns more calories over a day - Which burns more calories over the course of a day - one large workout or several smaller workouts? Or is there a difference? Should I do an hour on the bike once a day, or 15-20 minutes sessions 3 or 4 times a day?

However, if your working harder during the 20 minute intervels than that would burn more as you would be able to work harder without fatiging. |
