I know that I am fat, it bothers me but there isn't any use in denying the fact that I'm carrying more than I should be. I'm not horribly "overweight" but I'm far from being thin. Anyways, I went shopping for a pair of pants tonight because I have an all day event tomorrow, and I looked in the mirror while changing and ... I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm part Arab so naturally I have a tiny waist and bubbly behind, always have even in my early chubby stages ... just one-year ago I still had a delicious booty. It might not help that I sit in a chair at a desk all day either, but holy smokes. It's not really wide.. just flat. I suppose she's lost her shape.
I'm in the process of loosing weight at the moment but while working out I'd like bubble up my bum again. I don't want to loose weight and have a flat booty.
Any workouts that will help my butt?
