    Angry What happened to my BUTT!!?

    I know that I am fat, it bothers me but there isn't any use in denying the fact that I'm carrying more than I should be. I'm not horribly "overweight" but I'm far from being thin. Anyways, I went shopping for a pair of pants tonight because I have an all day event tomorrow, and I looked in the mirror while changing and ... I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm part Arab so naturally I have a tiny waist and bubbly behind, always have even in my early chubby stages ... just one-year ago I still had a delicious booty. It might not help that I sit in a chair at a desk all day either, but holy smokes. It's not really wide.. just flat. I suppose she's lost her shape.

    I'm in the process of loosing weight at the moment but while working out I'd like bubble up my bum again. I don't want to loose weight and have a flat booty.

    Any workouts that will help my butt?

    Heavy squats and deadlifts, as well as lunges, step ups, etc.

    Butt shape is determined by genetics, glute size (which can be increased by doing exercises to increase your glutes as dswithers recommended, or by getting fatter all over.
