Why is it that when I wear certain outfits I look skinny but when I'm not wearing clothes or wearing certain outfits I feel/ look really fat? |

| | | A lot of it is also in your mind. Some nights I go to bed thinking my legs look fine and then I wake up and think they look huge! Now obviously nothing has changed overnight so I know it's just my sometimes negative body image.
Also, you have to know how to dress for your body type. Some things are slimming to a certain body type and some things aren't. I always dress to accentuate the positive. |
