Sorry for posting yet another question thread but this has been bothering me for some time. I have an "online" trainer, someone who creates my meal plans and workout things and such but anyway, I am 5ft2 and around 135 lbs. I am trying to lose weight but even when I was smaller, my belly ALWAYS looked bloated/swollen like I'm about to have a small baby or something haha. It's horrible and never goes down =[ I've never really had a flat stomach. Maybe it's nothing and just fat I need to get rid of but I decided to ask here to get more opinions than just 1. Is this something I should ask my doctor about or something I can do with exercise?
