Will missing 1 cardio session have any significant impact?

hey all...I got sick this past weeeknd, woke up with a 103 fever on Friday---rested up for the weekend, and today, I got back into the gym and had a great lifting session. I didn't wanna lift and run today, because I didn't know how my body would react---I havent been sick in 15 years!

however, I usually do my cardio on Mon/wed/thurs mornings, but I skipped today. I'm at about 11% BF, and I don't wanna lose it for summer....still trying to hit 10%!

Will this missed session hurt me at all?

No, missing one session will not be detrimental to your overall goal.
