| | | A 2x a week full body routine? Im currently doing a 3x a week full body routine. It had been going fine but, its christmas season and i've had things to do and its been like 2-3 weeks since I could go 3x a week. I've been goin 2x. I still feel good, and feel the burn. And have been eating decently (Except for my alcoholic beverages every once in a while). But i was wondering if there was a workout that could be done 2x a week, and that it works well. A 2x a week routine would really make things easier for me ^.^ |

| | | You could try doing a quad/pull movements on one day, then ham/push movements on the other. |

| | | Yeah I would also stick to fullbody's. I think the frequency is more important. |

Sorry for the hijack, but yes, this is normal. If you are in a hypocaloric state, you should not expect much increase in strength or hypertrophy. It is possible to experience both, but you should not expect it. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
