3 times a week?

Hello, I have a question about my schedule. I have a night class on tuesdays and weds, but the tues class isnt so late that I couldnt work out. But my question is this I planned on doing the FBW 3 days a week, would it be alright to do it two days consecutive like mon, tues, thurs or would that be too close together for me to benefit from.

I play flag football on saturdays and the gym I go to isnt open on sundays, so I cant really go either of those days. I could go monday, thurs, fri but thats still 2 days together.

should I go ahead and try doing a fbw 3 days a week or just rotate legs and arms and core. once a week each? doesnt seem like that would do much though. But I'm a noob so any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

that's too close. you won't be recovered on tuesday from monday's routine. you need a day's rest in between.

why can't you do FBW on saturday and play flag football? how many hours are you devoting to flag football that you can't lift for 45 minutes in the morning?

Thanks for the replies Malkore... Even though if you were a warlock in WoW(as they are rediculously OP) I'm not going to listen to a word of any of it JK

I could definately do it before I played football on saturdays... just no afterwards as I'm so tired and sore I move like a zombie. Just wasnt sure if it would be over working yourself or something. I think I will have to suck it up though and do it like monday, thurs, sat.

Thanks again Malkore

One more thing... With the Full body workout would everyone agree to do more compound lifts than just regular ones? Like squats, Cleans, and Rows as apposed to just doing a ton of curls, bench, or leg press?

Gosh im such a noob
