Hello all my name is Chris and i'm looking for some abdominal exercise help!
I'm 18, fairly slim build, and I am trying to build up some more muscle!
I'm quite busy most of the time between full-time student and work so I typically workout at home with a few weights (not the best solution but it works)
Anyways, I have been using a pair of 25lb dumbells as extra weight when doing my abdominal exercises and it has helped dramatically (with the two top tiers of abs showing nicely) but as of yet I have 0 success in gaining any size on the lower abdominals. The exercises I have been doing with the weights are great, but I really have no way of using them when doing any of the lower ab exercises I know of.
