atg squats
The lower your butt is to the ground in any squat type movement, the more the glutes are activated

Don't forget plyometrics, too There's nothing like an explosive jump to get those glutes firing.

Add in a personalized and proper diet with the exercises the others have posted, and your glutes will be like rocks!
