ok well some things to remember about bulking is that you still are on a strict diet that does not give you permission to just eat anything you want. You want to up your calories with healthy foods and LOTS of protein. About 1g of protein per pound you weigh is a good goal to go for although if you are short on some days its ok. It's a trial and error process to find the right amount of calories that are going to put on muscle for you with minimum fat. What's your height/weight and have you ever bulked before?

don't quit cardio altogether, just do it on days yo udon't lift weights, cut back a little on duration, but keep the intensity up so you stay aerobic and the heart stays strong.

Yea. A little cardio never hurt anyone. It's best too add some in, so you can burn off some of the fat added to your stomach. No matter how hard you try, some fat will always be added while bulking. To cut down on your cutting time, just do a little cardio on days you aren't lifting.

I bulked a while ago. I went from 200 to 250. My diet included a lot fried chicken, pizza, protein, weght gainer, basically any meat i could get my hands on. I ate 8 meals a day.
I also recently cut a lot of weight. I went from 250 to 210. I ate 8 small meals a day, did a ton of cardio and never ate fatty foods. I always included vegetables in at least one of my meals, and I ate a lot of fat-free protein isolate shakes.
Whether you're cutting or bulking, you need to eat.

It's pretty simple...
If you want to bulk up, you have to increase your caloric intake. Simple as that. And like buddy above said, eat 8 meals a day, clean calories every two hours, protein supplements would help, wouldn't reccomend the fried chicken...
