alternative to calf raises
does anyone have a good alternative for calf raises?

err.. you could do olympic pulls to bring your calfs up. Direct calf work isn't really nessecary..

then you probably aren't ready for them yet.
Anyways, why can't you do calf raises? all you need is an elevated box to place your fot on. then you can do one legged calf raises with BW or holding DBs

Calf raises
What if you have a condition that causes your muscles to atrophy when not stimulated properly? I have a condition called Kennedys Disease, I cannot lift my body to my tip toes. is there an alternative method to help rebuild my calf muscles?
