Red face Am I Doing This Right?

Iv Been Working Out For About 2 Months Now

I Made A Routine For Each Day

it basically consists of this
Monday= Cardio - 15 min jogging 15 min exercise bike
Tuesday= Weights - Chest - 3 exercises - 3 sets - about 30 min
Wednesday=Cardio - 15 min jogging 15 min exercise bike
Thursday= Shoulders and Back - 3 exercises - 3 sets - about 30 min
Friday=Cardio - 15 min jogging 15 min exercise bike
Saturday= Arms and Legs - 3 exercises - 3 sets - about 30 min
Sunday=Rest

My goal is to gain muscle and mass but not fat and also try to lose some of the fat i had previously [Mostly on my stomach and chest]
[Idk if thats possible to do at the same time]

im 5'10" and i think im a mesomorph

i think i might have screwed up and should have lost the fat first

It seems like i gained a little muscle but my weight is still the same and flucutates from 145 - 150lbs

i think its my diet

i dont really get enough protein and i dont eat the proper amount of calories i should eat when on weights

i would try to eat alot to get my amount of calories and protein i need but my parents get pissed when im eating everything in the house lol plus i dont have a job yet to get my own stuff

i was wondering if i should get whey protein??

Idk if its ok to be on supplements?

Am i doing ok, or is there something im doing wrong

im a begginer, so i probally am doing something wrong lol

Thanx

On the days of weight training, begin using a full body type workout. For example choose one of these three throughout the week and then alternate them.

Squat
bench
row

Dead lift
pullup
dip

Lunge
Military press
Pullup

You could also throw in some isolation exercises (maybe two) for finishers each workout.

Be sure to use proper form for all lifts.

These are only examples. I recommend you search for a premade full body routine and follow that.

Continue doing your cardio on the inbetween days, and take one day off a week for rest.

A 150lb mesomorph?

I think you've answered a lot of your own questions in that post with regards to things like diet.
I'd take a look into a better workout routine though, a day dedicated to chest smells a bit iffy to me. Take a look at the weight training stickies or even Karky's journal for ideas on what you should be doing
