| | Anyone eles with a bulk at 3400c.. Well if you do/did have a bulk at 3400kc daily intake, what food did you usally eat daily? i'm on a cut right now and its hard enough to get 2400kc a day, and i never bulked before. I'm planning on to bulk in the future but if i can hardly get 2400kc a day now, then im going to need to do alot of research and info to get 3400kc a day.
Also i write this late and im pretty tierd so if its a little hard to understand then i'm sorry hehe. |

| | | Bulking is hard especially on a budget or when your family just buys junk food. But there are alot of cheap foods that you can buy. I think eggs are cheap and there probably the best protein you can get; that and chicken. |

| | | carbs are easy brown rice is cheap, wholemeal pasta is cheap, oats are cheap.
proteins are a little harder to get on a budget, so just buy in bulk when you see it on offer. in the uk tuna is frequently on offer, so i when i see it cheap i buy more, it saves in the long term. |

| | | you want to eat the same things as cutting but in bigger quantities, keep your carb/pro/fat ratio just eat more
ive had to use calorie dense foods just to up my intake, and its hard when coming from cutting to start changing your mindset into eat, eat, eat mode.
plus brown rice is 10000% times better than white, google it and you'll strive to never eat white again, including bread and pasta. |

| Really? After I lost like 30 pounds and I decided to bulk. I had absolutely no problem eating, eating, eating. It was a relief actually. |

| | | bulking=easy.
IN A BLENDER
4tbs natural peanutbutter
1cup whole milk
1scoop whey
1 bananna
takes around 15 seconds to drink.
~720 calories
~44 protein
...now why is it hard to bulk? |
