Back on track and hoping to try my best to stay on track

Hey whats up I figured out what was wrong with me and my training. I figured that I was training to much and at the same time doing the wrong things. I now have better faith in myself, but i have to remember to stay on track live my life and continue on to getting my black belt and the body I want. I no longer listen to other people saying "oh you dont have to eat food all the time and oh you dont have to exercise to feel good about yourself." You see I learned today that over the years and since I started working out that I was what you would call a perfectionist. I would strive to be everyone and everything. Weither it has been worlds smartest person, worlds greatest political debater, worlds greatest martial artist, worlds most fit man, the next greatest president of the United States LOL, but yet again I'm only human and I am writing this thread to remind myself and others out there that you can do the things that you want to do.

You can be grandmaster in anytype of martial arts, you can lose weight put on muscle muscle, you can gain weight put on muscle, you can be lean and cut, and you can be and accomplish any goals by only doing these things. Knowing how to do those certain things, knowing the best way to do those things and use them in your own way, develep a plan that works best for you, just believe in yourself dont rely to much on others, dont let anyone or anything get you down, accomplish goals, and the to most important things.............Eating right (for me eating 6 smaller meals a day works best but for others it may not be and making the right choices and if you crave ice cream then have a lighter or sugar free version but just dont eat it to often) and sticking to it.

Hey remember I'm just a guy those are the things that work best for me something else might work best for you and hey I just keep telling myself that I'm still young I'm only 17. I'll be 18 on march 18th (18 on the 18th lol) and remember your perfect the way you are, but remember through hard work, dedication, and discipline anything is possible.

I'm still trying to figure out everything for myself so I'm not the worlds greatest bodybuilder, martial artist, or whatever I'm just a guy. A Human being who isnt your average person, but then again what is average. I am very serious about this thread because it is a reminder to myself to never give up, never surrender, never give in into bad crazes, have patience, and one final thing that we all must learn sooner or later. NO ONE IS PERFECT!!!

Confucious says that he who can conquer himself is the greatest warrior of them all.

note to all of the people who have helped me out on this forum: thx for the help, thx for not being annoyed by my constant questions, and it is because of your help that I am more vascular looking and can finally start noticing my abs. I've still got alot of work to do and just gotta remember to stay on track, not change a thing unless I need to, believe in myself, have great determination, eat right, stick with the training program, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, and by all means have great patience and self discipline.

ONCE AGAIN THX if I need help I hope I can count on you guys in the future
