Post your max bench numbers here and include your bodyweight! You actually have to lift it, no calculators. There will be one coefficient list (Bench/Bodyweight) and one max push list. No half lifts either. If you use a shirt then just include that in your post, Im not separating the lists.
If you want to be entered, type your info exactly in the stlye it is on the first page with the numbers insterted and ratio calculated so we can just cut and paste:

You forgot the disclaimer! I'll post mine up next time I bench. I do have a max number now but I didn't have BW at that time. Besides I'm not that happy with it.
Just wait till I'm done my 6 weeks of dumbbell bench press/ dips. I had never done them before so my bench press should skyrocket after I'm done. I straight bench pressed for 4 monthes and wandered why my bench press wouldn't increase

Hehe, alright i'm doing being smartarse and i'm gonna get my numbers in nice and early. This way i can say i was in the top 5 for at least a short period of time.
