Yeah, many hardgainers post their routine, how they cant gain weight and all of that. And theire routine always has alot of cardio, often alot of cardio before weight training. Im not saying not to do cardio, but the more cardio the harder it is to eat enough to get a surplus, i would cut down the biking.

Definately way too much on the bike, cut the cardio to once, maybe twice a week for bulking up.
