I was wondering at about what bfp your abdominal muscles begin to show up. I am at 14-15 right now and plan to lower it to about 11. Is that a good number to show a six pack? Thanks a lot

That somewhat depends on where your body stores fat! If it stores it very evenly all over or someplace other than your waistline, your abs might start to show at 10-12% BF. If your body tends to store fat on your waistline, like most middle-aged men and some not so middle-aged, then you might have to get down to 8% or less to have your abs show.
