Boxing

Hello everyone.

Haven't been active as of late, because of exams and gutting pigs and whatnot.

Anyways, I am going to begin boxing. I was planning to go around 2 hours at the boxing gym a day. This would include shadow boxing, skipping, running, sparring, ect.

Overtraining? Hrm..possibly. Or maybe not.

Daily caloric intake reccomendation? Suggestions?

Not much to add here...except boxing is a fantastic way to get fit....i went to boxing for 6 months a couple of years ago...and i loved it..although it wasnt really serious training, we mainly just goofed around...playing touch footy and then if we wanted to we could go and learn how to box..or just stay in the gym and do weights...you cant go wrong for $1.50 a week..i may have to join up again.

Make sure you are fully hydrated before hitting the gym.I once lost 5 pounds from sweating during a workout. Most gyms are heater boxes and if you go in dehydrated, your performace will suffer.

2 liters? Eff that, just get a gallon. Don't forget to eat, though.
