Bulking? Workout routine?

Hey everybody *waves* lol

The pic is from about a month ago I will take a new one when I get back I want to wait the three months =)

Have some questions about bulking and a workout routine.....
So I'm currently in China on a business trip but before i left i had been going to the gym 3-4 times a week for about 4-5 months and saw barely any improvements. But i was eating like crap so i guess that makes it ok lol =P

I'm currently 6ft 2in and weight about 160lbs my goal is to weigh 190
Since I'm in China all I have to workout is the perfect push up things an ab roller and me =) and for the first month I've seen some decent results (I'm eating a lot more) I'm stuck here for 2 more months so i do about 150 push ups and 160 sit ups (crunches leg raised diff stuff) a day and I'm progressing pretty nice.

As soon as i get back from China i want to start bulking and was wondering what the best weight gainer to use was. I was looking at this

GNC - Sports Nutrition & Protein: Shop For All Brands: Optimum Nutrition: Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex™ Gainer - Double Chocolate

and it seems pretty good to me but I've only tried muscle milk and never bulked. Last time i worked out my legs was about 10 months ago lol so I need to put a lot into that =)

I'm thinking the best thing to get into when i get back is squats, power cleans, dead lifts, bench, and lat pulls or rows. Any suggestions on what else to do?

I'm planning on going to the gym 3 times a week full body workouts Monday, Wednesday, Friday and on Tuesday Thursday and Saturdays just do like 100-200 push ups when i wake up in the morning and 100-200 sit ups. Would that be to much? and rest on Sundays

If I'm eating good and more than enough calories plus working my a** off about how long do u think until i see significant improvement? Oh and i want to bulk like crazy for 1 month and then cut. I'm very motivated and cant wait to get started so I'm getting everything prepared here so when I get back I can jump right into it.

I did the whole BMR thing and got 1867.05 (BMR) x 1.55 = 2893.92 Calories
So does that mean i should be eating about 2900 calories a day or 500-600 more than that?

Thanks for reading I know i wrote a lot but I just want to be prepared for when I come back =)

to gain mass, you want to eat more than your bmr. You seem to have an idea of what you will be doing. Just stick to compound movements in the gym and eat and you should be fine. Give your body time to rest. While you are away, I thinks its fine to do all those pushups and whatnot, but I would remain at your bmr, maybe slightly above i.e 100-200 cals. Then when you get back to the gym raise it more.

First, weight gainer isn't needed, but it can help if you just can't eat as much as you would need to. That one your looking at looks good, especially since it has 55 grams of protein per serving.

Second, your proposed workout looks good, I'd just add in shoulder presses.

Finally, once you are weight lifting, I'd cut out the pushups on your rest days. Don't forget that you can always do pushups in lieu of bench presses every once and a while.

With gaining mass/weight you cant just rely on a weight gainer although it will help. When you get back and can access a gym/or better equipment then really start eating those calories.

Im the same height as you and weigh about 80lbs more, im wanting to cut soon tho and get to between 200-210lbs. I want to be a lean mother*****er

If your weight gainer has around 35g protein, 60g carbs, 400cals it should be ok.

And yea, that weight gainer seems more than ok

it all depends how ur bulk goes. If you gain too much fat too quickly, you'll have to change your times.

i took a class in college that taught me how to power clean dead lift and so on but she also showed us combination lifts like power clean and then with the power clean up squat and then shoulder press. should i do it like that or just isolate each exercise?

get the basics down first. Get your form correct, then advance.
