I have been seeing a chiro and having accupunture for my back and neck issues. It has helped tremendously. If nothing else it is mental but whatever, I don't care. You have nothing to lose by trying.

I had an injury to one of the discs in my lower back over a year ago and I had acupuncture done for it with a gentle electric current sent through the needles. It felt like a little static shock during the treatment. When I stood up and left the office it was the first time I'd been able to walk upright in weeks. I only needed two more acupuncture treatments, then the rest of the of recovery was just gentle at-home exercises and applying ice. Of course everyone will be different, but personally I found acupuncture was extremely helpful for fixing the back pain.

yes i used to go for treatment on my neck. it worked well. it didn't cure my issue, but definitely made me feel better while i was going through the treatments. if i had the time and money i would do it again.

I haven't gone for acupuncture myself but isn't it a form of "alternative therapy" meaning you need to see the man or woman in a white coat they call a doc? It also helps like in my case to improve your posture and put less stress on the spine.

Re:

Yes acupuncture helps to cure your back pain problem. I am practicing acupuncture since last 6 years and have cured many cases of acupuncture. You can also go online and check some back pain relief techniques which will make you understand how acupuncture helps you to get your back pain problem resolved. You can browse the mentioned link for more information on back pain problems.

It may help reduce the pain temporarily, just like watching the sunset may help improve my own symptoms. It certainly doesn't cure back pain, exactly how does it cure it and where's your evidence.
