Can someone critique my workout

Here's the link to my work out log.

Google Docs - Exercise Routine

I do 5 sets of 5 reps of each exercise giving my self around 90 seconds of rest between sets. I've been trying to do this 3 days a week but that hasn't been working out so well (as you can see from my log). Although I'm trying to get more motivated. I eat well, although not as often as I should. So that's another thing I need to work on.

I'm starting to look at this site

SIX PACK ABS WORKOUT PROGRAM

and considering making some changes from it such as adding interval training at the end of my workout.

Overall can you guys let me know what you think of my routine, and what changes you would make if any thanks.

I don't think you should limit yourself to a certain set of exercises.

But the first thing people are going to tell you is you don't have enough compounds.

Dead lifts

Squats - I see you have leg press, which is OK. But squats are still king for optimal results.

Standing military press - I think you should replace this with your seated press

Row - Replace the seated machine row with barbell or dumbell bent over rows

Pull ups - Lat pull downs like you are doing are okay, as long as you aren't trying to use momentum and cheat. Keep the form strict and feel it in the lats and upper back.

Add in some Dips

What are you goals? That is the first order to accomplish, what are you at now and where do you want to be? A plan is great for motivation and accomplishment.

Are you trying to clean bulk or just bulk? The more time you spend on this board you will find how important diet is to get optimal results from weight training.

Phate is right, compounds are the way to go. After spending time on this board, I found how important it is to do compound exercises like pullups, military presses, and complete bench pressing routines.

Wow how long have you been working out as your weight log goes back to 2005? If i was you, I would do 5X5 properly not cherry pick some workouts. Look in the routines thread for a more comprehensive workout regimen. You also need to track your calories and nutrients. Are you cutting or bulking?
