i have suddenly gain 4 kilos ofweight after i have started weight, please advice if it is correct to gain weight in the start.

depends on your diet and goals. how fast did the weight come on? If your goal is to gain muscle, then you need to gain weight, however, if you gain weight too quickly, alot of it will be fat.
If your goal is to slim down and decrease body fat, you need to eat less.
