changing up routine

Hey everyone!
Well I've been doing a FBW 3x a week for some time now and i don't seem to be getting the most out of it .. i feel like i am leaving stuff out and not working certain areas hard enough so i was considering changing up my routine. I was thinking of creating a split that goes something like this:

Day 1: Chest and Triceps
Day 2: Back and Biceps
Day 3: Legs and Abs
* Which day should i throw shoulders in??
Day 4: Rest
.. and then i would repeat this 4 day pattern
Also i will be doing the treadmill for about 30 mins each day after hitting the weights.

I was thinking of doing this so that i will be able to do the key compound exercises and on top of that I can hit some isolation exercises to further work my muscles. Would this workout be any good. Any suggestions and comments would be great. Thanks, Anthony

Are you sure it is the workout that is the cause of lack of results? What has your diet been like? Are you expectations too high? What exactly has been your progress? How long is "some time now?"

It's not what I would do, but if I did....I'd put shoulders with chest. You're already stressing them.

Still, I would consider a push/pull or upper lower split if you need to split it up. 4 days on, 3 days off per week. My $.02.
